Curtain Installation Measurement Guide


  1. Measure the Width (Opening A):
      Use a tape measure to find the width of the opening. Measure at the top,   middle, and bottom to determine the widest point.
  2. Measure the Height (Opening B):
      Measure from the top of the intended mounting area to the bottom of the   opening. Take multiple height measurements to ensure accuracy.
  3. Review Specifications:
      Consult the PVC/Overlap specifications table to confirm the   recommended usage for your curtain type.
  4. Determine Fixing Type:
      Decide whether the curtain will be installed as a face fix (attached to the   wall) or under lintel (mounted on the ceiling or top of the opening).

     Recommended Strip Thickness: 1.7mm to  2mm
  2. Overlap Specifications:
     200mm Wide: 1 hook on each side, 35%  overlap
     300mm Wide: 1 hook on each side, 25%  overlap
     400mm Wide: 2 hooks on each side, 55%  overlap
  3. Maximum Overlap - External (Heavy Duty)
     Recommended Strip Thickness: 3mm to  4mm
  4. Overlap Specifications:
     200mm Wide: 2 hooks on each side, 78%  overlap
     300mm Wide: 3 hooks on each side, 78%  overlap
