Stainless Steel Hook On Curtain Rails

Stainless steel hook on curtain rails are the quick and easy curtain rail format for pedestrian, pallet truck and light forklift use. Rails come in standard lengths that are simply screwed or bolted into position and butted end to end to span any width of door. Universal rails (as shown in image) can be surface or soffit mounted. We also have more streamlined face fit only rails which have the upper horizontal mounting surface removed so they sit more flush to the wall. PVC strips attach to either rail type using stainless steel hook on plate sets (sold separately). ALL SIZES NOMINAL

Stainless steel hook on curtain rails are the classic strip curtain rail format; easy to fit and requiring no ongoing maintenance. The 430 grade stainless steel makes these rails particularly good for use in areas where appearance and cleanliness are important. Once fitted, the rails take PVC strips fitted with corresponding stainless steel hook on plate sets (sold separately).
These simply hook onto the rails for ultimate ease / convenience.

Note: The rails are not self-supporting. They need mounting onto a structurally supporting surface like a beam, door frame or lintel across the whole span. If your strip curtain needs to withstand heavy / repeated use by forklifts or other powered vehicles, we would not recommend this rail system. More suitable would be the more robust Twin-Track rail or the heavy-duty Swivel-Hinge rail.

Both rails can take 100mm, 200mm 300mm & 400mm strips in a range of spec options to suit all uses and locations. Suitable for curtains up to 10m high.

Longevity: This product’s lifespan will be dictated by where it’s used, what type of traffic might move through it and how carefully (or aggressively) such traffic does so. This is beyond any manufacturer’s or suppliers control. Used appropriately, the product should last for many years.
