If a resolution cannot be reached, consumers in the UK may refer disputes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider or seek advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not required to participate in ADR, but will always try to resolve any issues fairly.
