Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Questrom Ltd. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders

By placing an order on www.questorm.co.uk you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We will confirm receipt of your order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where goods are unavailable or where there has been a pricing error.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All goods remain the property of Questrom Ltd until payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery of all goods is to kerbside only. Our drivers are unable to deliver inside a property or assist with installation.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days by emailing sales@questorm.co.uk. Please see our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our full returns and refund procedure is set out in our Returns and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questrom Ltd excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our website or goods purchased. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Product Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are entirely free from errors. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
